Overview
The BLUPOND affiliate system operates on a performance-based marketing model, where affiliates receive incentives and commissions for every visitor or customer who makes a purchase through their affiliate link. This approach not only rewards affiliates but also boosts sales and traffic by tapping into the extensive network of the affiliate, often an influential figure, to reach a wider audience of potential customers.

The goal was to create a unique solution, focusing on 5 key features
1. Performance Analysis
Thoroughly examine all aspects of the affiliate system, covering campaigns, earnings, invoices, products, affiliates, and orders.
2. Integration and API
Establish seamless connections with various APIs, fostering interoperability between our software and host platforms such as Amazon SP-API, Typeform, Klaviyo, Amazon Advertising API (LWA), and Bquitix.
3. Campaign Creation
Empower the brand to effortlessly create and monitor new campaigns, whether for new or existing products.
4. Product & Orders Importation
Efficiently import orders and products from the parent system, providing insights into sales locations and affiliated sellers.
5. Product Application
Enable affiliates to apply for the products they wish to promote and earn commissions, streamlining the process.
The challenge

The primary objective of this project was to enhance the robustness of the sales system and introduce additional features to autonomously generate data from the main sales source, Amazon. Stakeholders identified a key challenge: providing superior commissions and incentives to affiliates compared to competitors like Amazon and other e-commerce platforms. While Blupond possessed an existing platform acquired from an online company, it fell short of meeting their specific needs. The desire was for a more tailored solution with enhanced features, coupled with an improved user interface and overall user experience. Blupond aimed to stand out with a unique and compelling solution that not only delivers but multiplies value, ensuring seamless experiences for users.
The Process
Having attentively listened to the business owners and engaged in collaborative brainstorming sessions with affiliates, I acquired an in-depth comprehension of the business model and identified affiliate pain points. Based on this understanding, I recommended a comprehensive redesign of the system. Throughout the project, I meticulously tested the old web application, documenting underlying issues. The research yielded valuable insights and ideas that informed the refinement of project roadmaps.
The UX phase commenced with a keen focus on understanding user behaviors. Subsequently, I redesigned the information architecture, strategically optimizing specific sections of the application for enhanced performance.
Low Fidelity
Initiating the visual design process, I crafted preliminary wireframes as the foundational step, subsequently advancing to high-fidelity wireframes.

Home Page
The landing page prioritizes user needs with a user-friendly design. It boasts a navigation bar housing major navigational elements. The dashboard offers quick-access shortcuts for instant actions, presents comprehensive data analytics for system activities, features sales progress charts, and provides an order table for effective activity tracking.
Within the dashboard, users can access a summarized analysis, earnings overview, and sales chart for each day of the month. Metrics from the Amazon API showcase crucial data, including total clicks, views, add-to-cart items, units sold, and a detailed sales report table. The sales report table captures sale dates, campaign names and numbers, affiliate details, quantities, revenues, commissions, and direct links to the sold products.

Brand Affiliate (Campaign)
The product campaign section serves as a curated list of products the brand desires affiliates to promote. This dedicated page encompasses campaign analytics, active campaigns, and a catalog of campaign requests initiated by affiliates expressing interest in promoting specific campaign programs.


Brand Affiliate (Add Campaign)
Enabling the creation of campaigns, this functionality empowers brands to input essential details. Brands can specify the campaign name, select the product for promotion, set the coupon, define the commission rate, and outline the campaign duration, including start and end dates.

Brand Affiliate (Affiliate Page)
This section provides comprehensive affiliate analytics and a complete roster of all affiliates (influencers) within the system.

Brand Affiliate (Report Table)
This feature compiles a detailed report of all sales activities across active campaigns. The report includes crucial details such as the date, campaign number, campaign name, affiliate responsible for the sale, quantity sold, revenue, commission, and a direct link to the product sale.

Brand Affiliate (Payment)
This section encompasses financial analysis and a comprehensive list of monthly commissions slated for payment to affiliates. The payment process offers flexibility, allowing disbursements through either PayPal or Payoneer.

Orders
This section provides a detailed inventory of all orders placed for every product. It includes essential details such as purchase date, sales channel, Amazon ID, Amazon order item ID, Merchant store ID, recipient name, SKU, and seller's ID. The information is seamlessly imported from Amazon through the Amazon API, given that the product is listed for sale on Amazon.

Product
This segment presents a comprehensive catalog of all products affiliated with the brand. The information provided is sourced from the Amazon API, ensuring the inclusion of both imported and updated product details.

Subscribers
This section provides a compiled list of all subscribers associated with the platform.

Integration
The system seamlessly integrates with a range of APIs, including but not limited to Amazon SP-API, Klaviyo, TypeForm, Amazon Advertising API (LWA), and Bquitix.
