Most productivity tools compete for the attention they promise to protect. The tool becomes the work: configuring the board instead of finishing the thing.

So the constraints are the design. Three fixed kanban columns, because building your own board is the most satisfying way to avoid the work on it. Tasks show duration, not priority, since self-reported priority inflates to high within a week and time never does. One purple in the whole interface, and the only red is the overdue count, which is what keeps red meaningful.

START ALL TASK closes the seam most tools leave open, where you finish organising, feel productive, and never begin.

No signup, no tracking, data stays local. It costs cross-device sync. For someone who works in one place and wants to start now, that was the right trade.
